Darwin Corporate Park is a 5-star NABERS rated business park located in Berrimah, NT. The business park consists of 5 premium buildings containing corporate office spaces.

As the head Mechanical Services contractor, Airducter successfully completed the design, supply and installation of chillers; cooling towers; pumps; an underground 500 vehicle carpark exhaust system; chilled water air handling units; ductwork; ceiling cassettes; energy recovery ventilators; outside air fans; and, mechanical services to end of trip facilities such as showers, lockers, change rooms and secure bicycle storage.

Airducter also installed all of the kitchen equipment and kitchen exhaust for the 760m² on site cafe which forms part of the development.
