DARWIN HIGH SCHOOL STEAM CENTRE

The Darwin High School STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathmatics) Centre is a newly built state-of-the-art two level facility which opened September, 2019.

Airducter was excited to be appointed the head mechanical services contractor on this project as we were able to showcase our ability to continuously produce high quality air conditioning systems. The industrial design, materials and lighting used, allowed for the air conditioning to be one of the main focal points of the building.

As part of this project, we carried out the supply, installation and commissioning of 2 chillers, 2 cooling towers, 6 chilled water air handling units, chilled water pipework, split systems, and toilet exhaust systems. Airducter also relocated 2 existing chillers and cooling towers from Building B to the new STEAM Centre.
