Airducter has been awarded the contract by the Northern Territory Government to deliver the mechanical services upgrade for Learning Module 2 at Leanyer School.

The project involves the demolition and removal of the existing packaged air conditioning unit, associated ductwork, pipework, cabling and redundant mechanical infrastructure, followed by the supply and installation of a new energy-efficient ducted air conditioning system, complete with new ductwork, mechanical services switchboard (MSSB), automatic controls and associated electrical, structural and building works. The scope also includes modifications to accommodate new return air connections, testing and commissioning, statutory certification, operation and maintenance manuals, as-constructed documentation, and a 12-month maintenance and defects liability period.

All works are being carefully programmed to minimise disruption to the school's operations while delivering a modern, reliable and efficient HVAC solution.
