NT MOTORCYCLE CENTRE

The NT Motorcycle Centre is a high quality purpose-built showroom, office and workshop located at the Berrimah Business Park.

Airducter was the head mechanical services contractor for this project which consisted of the design, manufacture, supply, delivery and installation on site of mechanical services including testing, commissioning and a twelve month maintenance and defect liability period. 

The innovative air conditioning and ventilation system designed and constructed by Airducter, included internally insulated supply and return ductwork; ducted outside air systems; packaged air conditioning units to serve the showroom area; internally insulated spiral ductwork to the workshop area; uninsulated fabric supply air ductwork to the showroom areas; 100% outside air, air change unit to supply workshop area; multiple cassette units to serve office and administration areas; electrical power supply to new equipment; and, an impressive exhaust removal system throughout which also allows motorcycle test runs in the indoor workshop area utilising the Nederman retractable exhaust hose.
