Providing a new preschool teaching and learning environment with contemporary multipurpose spaces to support modern learning outcomes, Parap Preschool is a purpose-built early learning facility designed by Rossi Architects. The building pays homage to the aviation history of the local area, featuring aeroplane-style windows, winged roofing and curved internal architectural elements.

Working alongside Jaytex Construction, Airducter delivered the mechanical services package for the project, installing a reliable and energy-efficient HVAC system to ensure consistent indoor comfort throughout the facility. The system services classrooms, activity areas and shared spaces, supporting a healthy indoor environment for up to 66 students and staff.

The mechanical design was carefully integrated with the building’s unique architectural features, ensuring efficient airflow, quiet operation and effective climate control across the learning spaces.
